Faulty Items:

- All items are quality-checked prior to shipping to ensure they meet our standards.
Replacement or Refund:
- If an item is found to be faulty and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Shipping Costs:
