For all bookings please fill out the form below and include as much relevant information as you can.

One booking request form per person.

You must be OVER 18 to get tattooed at FLT.

 

Please note, that our artists may have their own booking procedure, check their website or socials for details. It is best to contact your chosen artist directly, as they do their own bookings and may prioritise direct requests.

 

Please allow up to two weeks for a response.
